1. How safe is purchasing over the internet with my credit card?


Quoting from a VISA spokeswoman, "VISA has so far never come across the case of a credit card number having being stolen over the internet while a customer was using it to purchase an item". In other words, consumers are actually safer shopping electronically than in the physical world, whether over the phone or in a shop where anyone is able to write down the card number and then use it fraudulently.
In 1994, it took a university professor with 120 computers and 2 supercomputers working in parallel, 8 days to break a single 40-bit encrypted message. These days, with 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), it would take a Pentium computer somewhere around the age of the earth (billions of years in other words) running 24 hours a day to crack a 128-bit encrypted message.
So how do you know you're safe? If you're browsing with Internet Explorer, you'll see a padlock symbol on the navigation toolbar. When you enter the payment page (where you'll enter your credit card information), the padlock will be locked. This means you are in a secure mode. If you're using Netscape Navigator/Communicator, there'll be a similar padlock on the toolbar.
If you still decide not to give your credit card information over the internet, you can fax or e-mail your credit card information to us.
NO purchase will be charged until we ship you the merchandise.



2. What is your privacy policy and how do you ensure that our privacy is protected?


Your privacy and credit card /personal information is of utmost importance to us and is locked up in the most secure environment. We will strictly safeguard your private information form any form of misuse. We will (do) not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information to any third party without your (prior) permission.
We use the information we collect to process orders and also to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our policy or special offers that you might find interesting.
Verification Process
For your protection, due to the high rate of international fraud, we have implemented a strict international customer verification process. We may request a copy of your credit card statement, showing your billing address, and a copy of your credit card if:
There is excessive ordering by your account or to the same shipping address.
Your order receives a high fraud rating or looks suspicious of fraud.
Your phone number is invalid.



3. What are the shipping rates and practice?


We have Express or Expedited Shipping by either FEDEX Priority or UPS or EMS (Express Mail Service) if you buy ONLY 2 VCDs and above.
Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for further details.
Air Mail delivery will generally take 1 month to deliver (about 14 to 21 BUSINESS days) where as, Express shipping will deliver in 3 to 6 days depending on location. All VCDs are shipped from Asia, hence the longer delivery times.

Customs duties and taxes
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from what we charges and are made payable to your government.


4. How long before I can get my merchandise?


We ship your merchandise the same day we receive your order depending on the availability of stock. We will send you an e-mail informing you the estimated time of arrival and the parcel tracking number for your reference. The speed of delivery will depend on your location and also the efficiency of whichever party's Postal/Courier Services. Note: There is no shipment on Sundays and on Public Holidays.


5. What if I still haven't received my merchandise after 21 business days?


There is a chance that there is no one at hand to receive your parcel when it arrived, resulting in the parcel being sent back to your local post office. Try calling them to check. If all else fail, please contact us and we will try to remedy the problem immediately.


6. What if the merchandise that I order is out of stock?


Occasionally, a distributor misjudges the demand for a title and it is just not available. At this time we cannot guarantee 100% whether a movie is available however 90% of the movies listed in our database is in stock. We will not charge you for any item until it is available and shipped. If any item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as we received confirmation from our warehouse. Usually it will take around 3 days before we can get the stock.


7. What are your guarantees for your products and services?


We have a 30 days unconditional money-back guarantee. We guarantee your full satisfaction with all our merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). The merchandise must be sealed in its original packaging enclosed with all original documents and returned within 30 days. If any of these items are missing or product is not in resalable condition, we may not be able to process the return.
You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. If a VCD jewel box or cassette case arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement.
DISCLAIMER: Kindly be informed that there are certain DVD players which are technically incompatible with VCDs therefore you cannot watch them. In this case these VCDs are NOT defective.


8. Are the VCDs original?


Asia is known as the pirate capital of the world partly because of the popularity of VCD in this region. Many on-line VCD retailers sell cheaply because 'most often' the VCDs are pirated. We, however, sell only original VCDs from authorised manufacturer/wholesaler and distributor and we guarantee you that the VCDs you buy from us are 100% original.


9. Our Policies


Returns and Exchanges Policy
There is a 30 day return policy on all titles, subject to the following conditions:
When we reship your VCDs we will pay for the shipping charges (Regular Airmail Service only).
Merchandise must be returned in good condition to receive a refund.
Defective films will be replaced with the SAME title only.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning discs. We do not pay for postage on returns.
International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
Include the original invoice which was received with the product(s).

Lost and Damaged Claims
Damage by the Post Office: Return only those items that were damaged to us in their original shipping carton. In order to replace your damaged items, we must have the original shipping carton to effect our insurance claim. We will ship you a replacement order or provide credit.
Damage by the Courier service: Call your local FedEx Customer Service and report the damage to them. This will help expedite the insurance claim and we will ship replacements to you at no additional cost.
If you are concerned about your shipment, we recommend shipping via FedEx to guarantee delivery.

Pricing Changes
Although prices for our items are subject to change, we set the price of an item at the time you order. However, we do not charge your credit card until the item is shipped to you.
In rare instances an item may be priced incorrectly. We always verify prices during billing process. If the item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will gladly charge you the lower amount and ship you the item. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you with the option of paying the correct amount or canceling the order. In any case, if you had previously bought a title which is dearer, you may not claim the current discounted price in future orders

Ordering Agreement
Upon placing an order, customers automatically agrees to the following policies:
We abides by all custom rules and regulations.
We are not liable for any lost orders.
We are not liable for Regular Airmail shipments that are lost.
We do not pay for international duty taxes and any incurred taxes will be charged back to the customer.
Customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
We will not accept returns if your player is unable to play a VCD.


10. Are there any other payment methods other than by credit card?


We accept money orders in US Dollar only which allow us to withdraw from the post office in Malaysia. Paying by money does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the VCDs to you until your funds clear.

11. What currency are the prices listed in?


All prices are quoted in US Dollar and you will be charged in US Dollar. However, if you are ordering from a country other than the United States, your credit card company will automatically convert the USD amount into your local currency equivalent.


12. What countries do you ship to?


We ship to all countries except Philippines, Israel, Indonesia and Pakistan. This policy will be revised if there is too high a frequency of credit card fraud in certain countries.


13. Do the movies contain subtitles?


English movies do not contain subtitles unless it is stated clearly. However, most of our Chinese movies contain English subtitles.

15. Why does my package looks like it has traveled round the world twice?


Simply because we believe in protecting the Earth's finite resources by using hard cardboards from RECYCLED boxes for all our shipments. Our packaging may not look too pretty but you can be assured that your merchandise will arrive in excellent condition. Furthermore, by using recycled boxes we are able to maintain lower shipping costs and this will pass on to our customers in form of lower prices!
